For the most part the room was clean however we didn't have a light over the sink which made it hard for those who need that extra light due to poor vision. The hot water in the shower was ice cold the first day. The front desk sent a request for maintenance to fix. The problem was fixed but you still had to wait for 5 minutes for the water to get hot and it turned cold again after 5 minutes in the shower.

The first night we were there there were people yelling and screaming at 3 AM and this made the Dogs in the rooms next door go crazy too. We had a terrible nights sleep. We were woken up 4 times due to loud noise. this was the night before my wedding.

Black widows and copious webs in the pool area and around the exterior. Under the beds full of trash, furniture sticky up on arrival. Elevators broke but the only put up signage in lobby and not the floors, so people wouldn't have known when leaving their room. Definitely not worth the nightly price. Wall paper looked dirty and pieces were peeling off the wall. Light bulbs out in lamps in room, racks in bathroom barely hanging onto the wall. The only thing good was the location.
