Booked a room through Travelocity American Airlines cancelled one of my flights after I started trip from Greenville sc to Sacramento ca in dallas got to Sacramento a day late because of flight my room that I paid for for 3days two nights had been given to someone else because I didn’t check in Friday and have not received a refund Customer service hasn’t got back to me and by far the worst trip I’ve ever booked and I take this same trip multiple times a year

The room had a bad smell . The bathroom floor had old urine on the floor. Beds were old . Beds felt like sleeping on a box, sheets were like sand paper. Towels had stains on them. Could not get the temperature in the room comfortable. I stay alot in Hamptons and this will be my last one.
