When we checked in we were given the chance of a variety of rooms. Our host was helpful in every way. The room was clean, comfortable, cool...it was warm that day...everything we needed for a short stay. Close to a nice restaurant and gas station.

We actually stayed here twice; once as we were passing through, taking our daughter to college in AZ and once on the way home. It’s just off of I5, so we didn’t lose driving time either way. The young man that checked us in both nights was very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

When we drove up we were first told they were only accepting people with reservations. So we sat in the car and made a reservation on line. After that it took more that 20 minutes to check us in. The person at the front desk went to make sure the room had been cleaned. That was not comforting. In the room, which had 2 queen beds, there was only one wash cloth, one hand towel and 2 bath towels. It was very disappointing. I understand they were going through some renovations, but if you’re going to be open for business you can do better than that.

Stayed at many Best Westerns, so was quite disappointed in this one. For the good part-really nice staff and easy freeway access! The rest-OH MY! Especially for cost!!️ Room was decent, but needed a bit more cleaning,especially carpet! Only two plugs in bed area for electronic charging. Breakfast was really merger, more like a continental type breakfast. Choices were breads, donuts, cold hard boiled eggs, yogurt, & make your own waffles.

Please know that we are in the process of a small renovation in order improve our overall guest experience. Got a room on noisy side of complex. Room Ok but pretty non-descript. Have reservations there for 6/11 but desk said they have no record of reservation!
