Waited two hours for room service. And then when checking out, I asked three times to Gabriella if I can review the charges on my invoice and she told me I could review it in my email. Or wait for her to help the other people that were waiting in line behind me?? we won’t be returning.

It’s in a great location. The staff was very accommodating and the restaurant is great. My only drawback is that the gym wasn’t fully equipped and it feels like an afterthought.
