Staff were superb! All of them made my family feel warm and welcome. Sad thing was there was renovation underway while we were staying there. Our standing shower was leaking water all over the floor (floor was level instead of slant- I guess hence the reno work)- we were accommodated when we complained about it and our room was changed. No issue after this. Food here is great! Limited alternative options outside of the property (within reasonable reach) but luckily, there’s always UberEats. Dinner options for the kids and adults were on point!!! Would recommend but ask about renovation before booking.

After more than a week staying in severely cramped hotels we were elated to have such a normal sized room! The rooms were very clean and there were no odd smells. I think the restaurant could improve on their Cesar salad but overall okay especially if you are hungry for a hot meal. And all of the staff were so nice and gracious - I am so glad my mom accidentally picked this hotel!!

The property was terrible I did not have hot water for two days I couldn’t shower and they didn’t warn us before we understood they were doing reservations but no one tell us or the other guests We had changed room because we wake with 7:30 am with pounding and hammering noise of renovations in the room above us I want a Full refund back

The area is desolate and isolated. There are no stores or restaurants outside of the one in the lobby. A taxi to CHARLES de GAULLE airport cost $89.00 A taxi to the Eiffel Tower cost $87.00. There is more graffiti there than in NEW YORK, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey combined. But only the area surrounding the Eiffel Tower was clean. And along the highway there was graffiti for miles and miles and miles. Everywhere you go the graffiti is there. The walls on my floor were painted black and the rug was black and grey. It was depressing. The SMART TV is not smart. I could not get NETFLIX, YouTube, or HULU. The only channels available were all “ALL” news channels. No concierge and the staff could offer no tours or travel information but they were nice and friendly.

Had issues with the message i am receiving from the property knowing that this is a hotel close to the airport it should have a direct english translation, our toilet can only be flush once and had to wait for a long time for it to be flushed again, building looks quite old, hallways and lift needs updating. Also for 3 people, i think an extra water glass should have been provided as we have to refill it more often going up and down the building. Staffs are great tho always smiling and available, room is clean and tidy and location is very convenient.

A very good option for travelers from Orly airport who need to spend the night in comfort. The service was excellent, the room was large and spotless, and the parking lot was spacious and secure. A reliable and convenient choice.

I checked-in and front desk not even say Hi. I had to go everyday to change my key because they said if keep the key next to your phone they have to reprogram it. Room was super dirty no vacuum, dust, mold , broken bathtub and strong smell. They said they have construction on 8th floor and i told them I have 3 months baby and they decided to put me on 7th floor . I asked them to move me they said they cant. Iron was damaged and Front desk said all irons are same and he cant ch age it.
