We had a lovely stay at the Xenia Guest House. We really liked the historic building in which it is located. Maria, our host, was especially helpful with restaurant options and insights into the various neighborhoods. The location is great! Just over the bridge is Travestere; Xenia is adjacent to the Jewish Ghetto; and, across the street a couple blocks away is the market at Campo dei Fiori - all of which were fun to explore and had some great restaurant options. We walked to everything with the exception of the Vatican (took the bus to that which was very convenient). We would definitely stay at Xenia again!

The property is located in a beautiful old building however it is not made clear that it is only four rooms on the fifth floor. There are no clear directions on what to do after arriving at the property and the check in process could be better. communicated rooms are contemporary and updated recently design choices questionable but functional beds need to be replaced in the linens are a little rough.

Because it's the thing i look for when booking, I'll start there - the beds were very comfortable! The room was updated, in a good location, and managed by wonderful staff! Would reccomend. Waking distance from everything. Only thing to note is the walls are a little thin, but not too bad to be a deal breaker! Mostly from the hallway.

We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. It had a nice comfortable bed, great lines, pillows. Everything was really clean. My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this location for our first trip to Rome. Check-in was smooth and the host was very friendly. The location was close to many attractions and restaurants which made exploring easy. The host allowed us to leave our bags on the property for several hours after check out as our train did not leave until later in the afternoon which was much appreciated.

One day in Rome before cruise.

Good location. With lots of restaurant around it was close to many attractions in Rome. The place we stayed was in an apartment with 4 or 5 rooms. Room is clean and neat. It has amenities same as a regular hotel. Complimentry breakfast was at a coffee shop next door. Breakfast was good. It was a nice experience. I would recommend it.

Great place to stay! Highly recommended.

We stayed here in September of 2019. The hotel is in a fantastic area - you can walk to all the sights and it’s also very close to what felt like about 500+ restaurants and bars. There might not be a front desk but I just WhatsApp with the host (there is fantastic WiFi in the room) and he would respond ASAP. I would 100% recommend this place.
