We liked the style of the room and the small balcony, however this room was extremely small with limited space to put your suitcase's. We stored are suitcases next to the small sink in the bathroom. The pictures made the room look much larger than it is.

We really enjoyed our stay at Upper View Suite. The property is brilliantly located to access anywhere in the historical centre of Rome, only a short walk to the trevi fountain, the Pantheon, Paizza di Spagna etc. Even better located for shopping as its just off Via Del Corso where you can shopping till you drop. If we ever go back to Rome I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location was great, about a 15-20 minute walk from all of the tourist sites. Felt safe in the area and lots of people were around. Took 3 different keys to get in which I didn’t mind. The room was definitely small, but nothing I didn’t expect traveling in Europe.

The property is in a great location situated. The room was clean, but the bathroom sink is too short and you can't really used. Also the bathroom toilet is leaking, so better keep the door closed ar night. Unfortunately, the elevator broke after the day we arrived and although we tried to contact the owner, we were completely ignored and didn't even bothered to reply. Climbing 4 double storey floors in Rome, after being out all day, wasn't easy.

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights while we were in Rome and loved it. The room we were in was a bit small, but as it was just the two of us and we spent our days exploring and only needed it at night, it worked well. Great location to see the major attractions and majority in easy walking distance. Lots of food places around, but majority are geared for tourists, so you’ll need to travel/hunt for more local and authentic. Great place. Would stay here again.

This is an excellent property in a wonderful location if you love to shop. The property is located above the Armani store. It was too busy for us but it has amazing views. It’s also very close to many government buildings. The Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are just a few minutes walk away. The property itself is like a B&B without services. It’s clean and the staff are wonderful. Just know that you have to bring water and snacks as they are not provided. They have a water kettle and tea but no coffee. This was not ideal but fine for a few days stay. We would stay here again but this trip was too long without services like food or a kitchen. A coffee maker/Nespresso machine and a few bottles of water provided would be a great addition to the property. I didn’t feel comfortable getting drinking water out of the bathroom sink. The provided small refrigerator/mini bar was very much appreciate. The heat did not work and the mornings were very cold but we made it work. Again, it would have been nice to make a hot cup of coffee on those cold mornings but we made it work. Overall, this property and those who work here and manage it are wonderful. If you love shopping or just want to be close to the main sites, it’s perfect. **Just be aware that the property is on the 5th floor with an elevator but it’s an old building and the elevator could be out of service at times and you will have to climb the 100 plus stairs. But the views are incredible!!

Centrally located. Can walk to most of the big sites. Not that loud even for being downtown. Spacious. Good service with having the room made daily. Was a bit chilly when we got to the room and took all night it seemed to get to a warmer temperature. The shower did not really have hot water, was tepid at best.

Perfect location for all you want to do in Rome. If you are a walker - you can literally walk to every attraction like the Colosseum/Forum, Trevi, Spanish Steps and Vatican. We were room 401, great size, cute balcony, safe building with the best ginormous front doors. The elevator was a welcome sight for our travel companions. In the evening there were numerous restaurants close by and we felt safe walking around at night. The “nose” fountain in piazza was a welcome delight where I could fill up my water bottle everyday. Would 5* review all aspects.

Ideal, comfortable base in Rome

A very comfortable and well looked after place, conveniently located. The bed was excellent, the room was quiet and the curtains were black out for a good sleep. Clearly the place is very well looked after - everything looked fresh / as new. A lovely view to the street below. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend more!

I booked this room for my wife and I's first few days in Rome. It was an elegant room that felt like home away from home after long days walking around Rome. We spent every morning on the balcony having our coffee and watching the traffic of the city. We had a great experience.
