The staff was very nice. However, shower had clogged drain, and hose next to toilet had leak. Staff is only there part-time and was unable to fix. Does not really have breakfast. Kitchen has loaves of bread, fruit, tea and coffee that you can make yourself. Some ham in refrigerator. Everything is self service. However, location is great - walkable, accessible to taxis, buses.

We loved the stocked kitchen and cold water available! The hotel was nice and quiet and close to the Pantheon as well as many great food options. Initial entry was a bit confusing, but the staff were very responsive and helpful. Great hotel!

The view was incredibly! Centrally located and across the street from the metro and bus station. The only issue was the communication to enter the unit, we got the wrong code, to the wrong floor but it was corrected on a timely manner.

This is a cozy, comfortable, & clean accommodation in an ideal location for siteseeing and dining. The staff is very friendly and solicitous. The rooms are large and clean. One drawback is the street noise at night. It only has 5 rooms with a common kitchen that is stocked for breakfast, lunch and snacks.
