Good location , but noisy over the weekend from a bar close by . ( but they provide earplugs ) Easy in and out with a code . Confortable bed , clean room You have to run the shower a while to get hot water Besides that the young lady that was there every morning , was very pleasant , and spoke French .. Would I stay there again , Yes

There is a lot of noise at night from the bar close by ….but they provide you with earplugs . It was a weekend , maybe during the week it s more quiet . Beside that , the room has a confortable bed , fridge , slippers . You need to let the shower run a bit to get hot water . Would I stay there again , Yes .

Beautiful location. Two separate passcodes before you get to your room door give an extra added sense of security; though the neighborhood feels very safe anyway. Staff were all very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. Walking distance to the metro and CasteI Saint’Angelo. I would highly recommend staying here.

Ideal property if you are staying in Rome pretty much everywhere is walking distance. Spent very little time in the hotel but its got what you need for a city break. No issues

The Junior suite was a spacious room with tall ceilings, clean, close to a Metro station, with complementary drinks in the fridge and free toothbrushes and ear plugs. We self checked in, breakfast was at a nearby hotel. We were pleased with the stay overall. I wish our beds were made for our final night, but they were left unmade. On Thursday and Friday nights music played quite loud near the hotel until late, but the ear plugs helped me to fall asleep fast.

I did a one night stay - room was spacious and quiet. The bathroom was very modern with amenities .Lots of attention to detail. Instructions for self check in were accurate and easy. I loved everything about this place, it was safe, close to all the landmarks and like 5 mint away from the metro station that would connect you with Roma Termini, had tons of places to eat around, room was clean and host was super nice and available to answer any questions at anytime. Second time here. Great place...great location..near vatican and subway. staff extremely helpful from start to finish. only criticism is entranceway and stairwells could be cleaner and lighting should be improved in this area for the evening hours.

If you want to avoid crowded spots but still want to enjoy the scenic spots in 10-20 mins of walking distance then this is a good spot. Overall was good except the sound from the other room could be bothersome if you have a sensitive ear. Earplug helps.

Historic building six rooms for rent on second floor remodeled nicely. Part time staff come in morning and leave after lunch you are on your own the rest of the day. Breakfast is OK and at the Twenty One Hotel next door. Our shower was broken and only a handheld spay worked that is why I give it a four and not a five. I have a bad back and a hot shower spray is very important to me. I would definitely return and rent again is the shower is fixed. Vatican approximately 10 blocks away. Rerstaurants and shop/markets all around area.

Great stay!

Room was spacious, clean and relaxing. Our family of four had plenty of space and were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities offered. We couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. We were hesitant about the self check in, but the instructions were very straight forward and easy to understand. Surrounding area was safe and quiet with restaurants and shops close by. We would definitely stay here again.
