We were on our honeymoon and then we got upgraded which was great! However we then were forced to move rooms midway through our trip. Service was nice, but then they gave us a new key to the nee room and just left it on the door. Not safe.

First the good. Great staff, great location, great service, and beautiful room. The not so good. Walls are very thin, so you hear everything from the neighbors. Busy street with a lot of noise. Laundry not on premises, but close enough to make it convenient. I would stay here again, by would make sure I wasn't street facing

Room key

We were given only one key for the room on May 13 when we checked in. ON the morning of May 14, we had a scheduled trip to Venice by train at 7:00. I accidentally left THAT ONE KEY inside the room which caused me to panic and cry so hard as i was worried that we will not have a place to stay when we come back at night. We were told that nobody is there to help up after 4pm. It’s a good thing they answered my husband’s text about what happened and gave us the code to be able to enter when we get back from Venice. What I am trying to say is, why is that that they only gave us one key when there were two of us in the room. It stressed us so much that we almost did not go to Venice that morning. and when we decided to go, we were just so lucky to catch the 7:00 train. We hope that this is just a concern for whoever stays in that place. That they we would be more considerate of their guests. thank God they gave us two keys when we came back.

Wonderful services

Rooms are small..do not have a dining area. Service desk only operates in limited times, however girls at the reception were excellent amd very helpful. Have a samll wlevator which is helpful. Location is wonderful..close to main attactions.

This is a guest house on the second floor of the building which is partly residential. As most small hotels in Italy it’s on the second floor. Elevator is for 2 persons and 2 suitcases. It’s in between the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore and Roma Termini, where we want to be. Staff are friendly and helpful. We came very early and room was not ready yet. They offer to keep our luggage so we can walk around the neighborhood. The continental breakfast is delivered every morning by the staff, and it was quite nice. The room is updated and spacious, the bathroom is half updated. The vanity sink looks like from the 1920’s. I would have given it a 4 star if not for the vanity. Maybe the other rooms are completely updated, but not ours.

Small boutique hotel in a great location, very close to the Colosseum and the Forum, and only a few minutes walk from Rome Termini station. Small double room but perfectly adequate for a long weekend of sightseeing. The breakfast option is good value and delivered to your room. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will store your luggage if you aren't travelling home immediately after checkout time. We were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine! Would definitely stay here again.

We were first given a room on the left of the reception that had no window but a balcony that opened to nothing, we asked for a room on the right side with a window and it was perfect! Great location with a mini market across the street and cafes/ dining options. Easy walk to landmarks. Continental breakfast was served to our room at our chosen time, which was nice. Staff is great!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The price was affordable, the breakfast was great, location close to everything too. The amenities like bidet and shower lighting was great. The staff are so friendly and helpful. My only criticism was that the walls are very thin, so you will hear your neighbours and people in the hallway. Although that did not ruin our stay and I’m sure most of Rome is like that.
