Perfection!

Staff was amazing! Sami provided excellent directions on how to make it to the hotel. The staff tried to accommodate me in every way possible. My room was clean and had everything I needed except an iron. The location is perfection! 3 min walk to the Spanish steps, 9 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and it’s in the middle of all the designer shops and the best restaurants. Chanel, Dior, LV, YSL, Fendi, Diesel etc….all a 5 min walk or less.

Property location was great. Biggest problem we had was the poor air conditioning. Room was very warm. Cleaning staff left the window open all day after they cleaned, they did not help with this problem.

Everything was amazing!! The workers were so sweet and helpful and truly made our stay. The room was extremely quiet for such a busy area. Check in and check out was easy and the room comes with free espresso! We loved everything about our stay and would definitely recommend.
