AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

We arrived during poring rain on December 1,2019, only to find out the hotel had been closed over a month for renovation. We never received any advance notice, nor any information at the site. I traveled over 160 countries this is the worst experience I ever had. Kind people of cross the hallway told us. We ended up staying another hotel in the same building and everything there was WONDERFUL.

Overall I was very happy with this stay. Pros: The hotel was in a GREAT location. The room was clean and very large by European standards. Elevator and a/c. The bathroom was also very spacious. Minor cons: I was a little frustrated that there was no information other than my room location provided at check-in (I had to ask about breakfast time, etc). I wish breakfast started at 7 instead of 8 for the earlier risers. There were no snacks or coffee available in the afternoon as advertised on their website.

Great place to stay!

We stayed as a family for 4 nights. The place is in a great location. Everything you will want to visit is within walking distance. It is very clean and even though you are in the middle of Rome, it is still quiet. The service is great. Breakfast choices are a little limited but I enjoyed the freshly made cappuccino. The only downside to our stay was the fact that WiFi was not working in every location within our room. We had to sit closer to the door to have a good signal.

This is a nice B&B property, located right on Piazza Navona near every tourist attraction. It is very quiet and very clean with continental breakfast included

Excellent location

The best location of all Rome imo. Wifi is very weak the further you are away from the break room. Very difficult location to find. Had to ask locals for help several times, we walked around in endless circles. Can hear everyone in the hallway. Luckily the other travelers were pretty quiet. Great room for the price though. Good only if you plan to be out for most of the day. Service was excellent, very helpful and accommodating!

Wonderfully located in Piazza Navona, right in the heart of Rome, with walking distance to all attractions. The hotel also offered a nice breakfast served by Antonio our warm and gracious host. Loved it - my second time there and it will not be my last.

This place photographs well but that's where it ends! Reality, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, mismatched furniture, large piece of plaster missing in the bathroom, rain shower not working properly, lastly no front desk so check in was difficult when we arrived. Just a unmarked door between two restaurants. On the plus side it's location is perfect, Piazza Novonna. We were only staying in Rome one night so we endured it, if we were staying any longer I would have gone somewhere else.

Excellent location, welcoming staff and very comfy

Excellent location, but difficult to find at first! Staff were very welcoming, we were met with a greeting at the door, the password and keys were provided straightaway. We were given really good advice on how to travel, where to go and how best to get there. Wifi however was only available in the breakfast room, and so wasn't available in our room.

Great location

Great location. Basic breakfast in the morning, croissant, cappuccino, youfurt cereal banana or apple. Rooms were roomy. We had 4 adults and we were comfortable and there was a blow dryer and some mini shampoos. Man taking care of property was very helpful. Only 5 rooms in hotel(b&b)

Really disappointed. The only good thing about this place its the location, two steps and you are in piazza Navona. too many things wrong with this hotel for example: tv doesn't work safety box doesn't work no Iron provided bad odor dirty floors beds are very squeaky wooden floors are super squeaky, there is no way to walk to the bathroom without waking up the whole room due to the floor beign so squeaky. I would not recommend this place

Difficult to find. No signs. Hotel is on the second floor of a building. Arrived at 8:30 pm and had to call the hotel to have someone come check us in. No hotel front desk. 15 min later a nice young man let us In and showed us the room. Bed was v hard but very clean. Nice bathroom. AC was not powerful but opening the window was great. Help was extremely nice. Felt safe. Good location. Great close cafes

Good base for sight seeing

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Rome. Relais al Senato Is situated in an excellent location for sight seeing and would recommend it as a base for touring old Rome and major sites are a walking distance away.

The B&B is very close to the middle of attractions but we wished for the10 days we stayed we not only got cold croissant jam semi-hot coffee juice every morning but waffle or pancakes or eggs a variation of hot breakfast food

Excellent location in the Middle of amazing sites!

The location was absolutely perfect! All of the attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend take the car service to and from the airport as the hotel is hard to find.

Great location

Loved the location by the Piazza Navano. But very hard to find. NO sign. And due the security at the Piazza, no access by car. Very Italian Place. Bed was not comfortable for us.
