The hotel is nice and simple. We got free breakfast, though it was more or less the same for the 3 days, no complaints about it. Plenty of food to have before getting your day started. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The hotel is at a walkable distance to Roma Termi, there are enough travel options to get you around the city with a 5-10 minute walk towards bus stops. Overall, for the price we paid, felt like a good deal.

The air conditioning did not work well, and when I asked the front desk they said it was central air and it could not be charged, in the Rome summer that is not good

Great place to stay in Rome

The people at the desk were always so friend helpful. We arrived before checking around 1130a and they were able to check us in at noon since our room was ready. My son bought a toy that needed a small screw driver to open and they were able to help by lending a small screw driver to open it to put batteries in. Then when I didn’t have a 3 prong adapter, just a two prong the desk attendant suggested the mini market. The room was quite small but fine for the two of us. There was an elevator at the facility and buffet breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, pastries and many other selections. It really helped start our day with breakfast being included. No real issues with the room itself, though we did find 4 scavenger ants in the bathroom one day. The location was amazing. A mini market two blocks away, 3-4 restaurants we patronized that had great food and varieties. The train station was 7 minute walk and the Mercado centrale was right next door to the train station. The train station being so close was an amazing plus since we used it everyday to get to our destination. Overall I would recommend this place and come back in the future.

Good for one night stay if you don’t mind no view

We lost power for an hour on Wednesday so I couldn’t work during that time, and decided to get ready for dinner. I left for dinner a couple hours later and returned to the hotel wanting to shower and go to sleep. Unfortunately there was no water available in my room or anywhere else in the hotel. So I did not sleep very well having travelled all the previous day without the ability to shower. Very disappointing.

It was a fine place to sleep for 2 nights for the price. Very tiny room, hardly any room to move around the bed. Our do not disturb sign was on the door the entire time as we just didn’t want anyone in the room during our stay and housekeeping was in the hall when I left the first morning and asked if we wanted it cleaned, I said no thank you. Later I come back to it cleaned and our stuff moved which was unsettling. Housekeeping was still in the hall and so I went back out and pointed to the do not disturb sign on the door and mentioned that I said no thank you to cleaning. The 2 guys laughed it off like I was kidding. Just weird. Wouldn’t stay again but was fine for what we needed it for - sleeping.

Even though it is listed as a 4-star hotel it is not, it should be listed as a 2-star, the rooms are old and have barely what you need. The shower does not have anything to prevent the water from coming out so it makes a total mess. The room is not isolated properly therefore you can hear everything that is going on in the hallway and can even think someone is trying to open your door when in reality is the person from the room next door, we learned this the bad way, no one told us. We requested 1 full bed and got 2 twin beds. Plus, when we asked for an iron they told us they didn’t have any.

Great location, service staff were wonderful. Uncomfortable having to leave a copy of passports at the front desk. Not sure why this is still allowed. The rooms were small and the ac was not the best. But overall not a bad stay

Good location near the Roma Termini train station so we were able to walk with our luggage (about 10min). Bus stops near the hotel that get you to main attractions in about 20 min otherwise you can walk they are about a mile away. Rooms are nice but outdated. Shower was small but it was clean. They had housekeeping each day. Not that noisy except you can hear each time your neighbor uses the keys to their room and it sounds like it’s coming into your room. Over good for what you pay.

The hotel is on a safe, quiet street and has a beautiful entryway and staircase. There are some great restaurants within a block. The rooms are small, but this was ok for us as we spent all day exploring and only came back to sleep. The beds are comfortable, with clean white linens and a light blanket which was perfect for the first week of June. The pillows were pretty flat so I was happy to have my little temperpedic travel pillow. The windows were large and opened to a nice view of the surrounding city and to spy the lives of the seagulls and Indian ringneck parrots building there nests in palms across the street. There are outdoor shutters which can be closed to block the light of the hotel sign that shown into our window. Nice for subtle light, but too green to sleep with. The downsides are as follows: the room smelled a little of air freshener, though this aired out when we opened the windows for a while. There was a slight smell in the hallway, and in the room itself, of must. We had to take an allergy pill the second night and this helped. A safety issue: low rail outside the unscreened window. It is not high enough to keep a child safe if they accidentally leaned over too far or climbed to look over. Also, when the windows are open, flies & moths fly in and out. While the hotel met our basic needs and is in a great spot, I willopt to try another hotel next time and book farther ahead to get a more reasonable rate. The breakfast was so so. Espresso machine broken
