I am requesting refund for July 3rd 2025 as we checked out in the morning on that day. On July 2nd, the housekeeping took my personal belongings and left room door unlocked while he went downstairs to get something. I walked in to get something without the key. I reported to Geogia at front desk, they apologized and explained it was the housekeeper's 2nd day, he didnt know. Then I asked to checked out that very next day which is 7/3 because I don't feel safe at their hotel. Not sure what else the housekeep have taken from me. The manager and all front staff knew about it and told me there should not be issue to refund last night's charge. Which I paid total $742.77 for 3 nights at checkin on 7/1/25. I sent email with payment receipt before we left hotel but until this morning, haven't gotten anything. I emailed them again this morning, they said I need to cancel with expedia first. I need your help to get refund.

The hotel was a perfect location for walking everywhere and so close to the Spanish steps. The front desk clerk was the best, she was so friendly and helpful and spoke great English, she even offered us cold beverages when we got back from our walk in the blistering heat. It’s a must stay, and great value for the money for the location alone!! 👍

This hotel was pretty dumpy. Absolute bare minimum in the room. The bathroom was fine. The bed was lousy. The worst part was that it was on a major road and there was a lot of noise all night. Nice location-a couple of blocks from the Spanish Steps. Lots to do there. No terrace. Not clean enough. Breakfast was nice. The people were very nice and someone was at the desk 24-7.

Great hotel in heart of Rome

Great hotel with family room for us and our 2 children right in the heart of Rome with only a 5 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast buffet was really good. We had 1 issue where bathroom door handle broke but the staff fixed it in a timely fashion. They helped organize our taxi from hotel to airport and were generally very helpful and accommodating

Definitely well located with lots within 30 mins walking distance, and staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room and bathroom were very clean. However, the room needs some refurbishment/repair (including the terrace door). The walls are very bare - no pictures or anything (making it unwelcoming), a tiny TV screwed to one wall and a cheap wardrobe. The shower flow was also very weak, the toilet seat was loose (one hinge missing) and the safety deposit box was locked in an open position, so not usable. Perhaps hotels in this area are normally very expensive but at around £135 per night - in mid February - seems to be way overpriced, and the poor rating reflects this. I cannot understand the Expedia rating of outstanding/very good.

Exactly what we needed very close to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps. We also walked to the colosseum and Vatican City from the hotel. Lots of great restaurants around the neighborhood. Staff is wonderful!
