The toilet flusher had to be manually turned off before and after use, otherwise the water would run all day. The room was tiny—nothing like the pictures when we booked—and the towels were definitely outdated. But the location made up for it! It was within walking distance of everything, and we absolutely loved exploring the area! :)

Stayed here for a couple days before leaving for our cruise. Check in was easy and attendant was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was just walking distance from St Peter Square, restaurants and public transportation. I'd stay here again if I return.

It took a bit to figure out how to enter the hotel as there are no visible signs and they actually have 2 locations a few meters from each other. When I called the provided phone number i got the necessary instructions but not in a very friendly manner. Once we got to the reception the person there was very helpful and got us setup. The rooms are quite nice, they basically repurposed some floors from old buildings into hotel rooms, so the rooms are mixed with, what i'm assuming is peoples appartments and some offices. The location is great! you can walk to many key areas which was important for us. Their breakfast offering is basic but a good way to start and keep it simple.

We enjoyed all the shopping and restaurants in the area. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was yummy! We did not like that despite many times letting staff know air conditioning was not working and being told it would be fixed, on day 3 at checkout, it had not been fixed even though we had been told it would be. Also, we had to manually turn the cold water valve on and off every time we needed water or the toilet would continuously run. We were told this at check in and that, “it was fine and to just do this.”

There was no second bed. The curtains did not close, this made it very difficult to sleep. The bathroom was ill equipped with basic necessities. The front seat was impossible to get a hold of. There are MANY hidden fees.

Good location.Good staff, though there's a bit of language issue. I wouldn't call our room "Luxury", we had issues with the sink and shower got clogged a few times. The mattress on the pull out bed was visibly worn out and lumpy. The curtains can not be drawn to block out the lights from the street as it would block the air conditioning so you have to put up with the outside lights. Not aa fancy as it looks it the picture.

Wish we knew it was a pull out couch in the rooms for adults to sleep on. We asked for rooms with two queen beds. Not very accommodating to check in. Tried to put our luggage in as we arrived an hour early and they said No as there was no one at the location to give us key

Perfect location

We stayed in the deluxe double room (no.4), and it was everything we needed. A really comfortable bed, spacious area to chill on the sofa bed while waiting for the partner to get ready, tv, kettle and tea making facilities (while also waiting for the partner to get ready) - fridge, great cupboard for clothes, large private bathroom and shower area, and a lot of power outlets. And, a superb view of the Basilica Dome. The area was perfect. 5/10 minute walk from the metro which is only 6 stops (10 minutes from the Rome Terminal) - a stones throw from the Vatican, and a 20/25 minute walk to some of the main attractions (which is perfect to walk, so you can stroll through the historic streets, pick out restaurants and catch glimpses of Rome you may not normally see using public transport) The Colosseum is an hour walk away, which is doable - however, there is a taxi station 3 minutes away which can take you there in 20 minutes for €15 (very reliable) Breakfast was included in our stay, however we chose to eat out due to early starts each morning and there are a plethora of restaurants nearby or wherever you choose to start your day. The price we paid, for the comfort, convenience, time of year and location was incredible. The staff were really friendly and helpful, would 100% stay here again.

The check in is unconventional, we have to buzz in like a residential apartment for the staff to open the door. It is a renovated older apartment. Still have some kinks to work out. The toilet water keeps running, so we have to shut off the cold water valve to keep it quiet. The old fashion elevator broke down for one day. On our last morning, the water was shut off for repair. It came back on around 9 am. I would have given it a zero star rating if it were not for the following: Friendly staff, great help and tips for tourists. Simple but nice breakfast. And great location, 5-minute walk from the Vatican, and 10- minute walk from the metro. The room was kept clean and housekeeping everyday. It real has potential but still need some physical improvements in the facilities.
