The property and the service was excellent. We arrived in Rome sf 1:30am and despite the time, our host was in contact guiding us through the checkout. The apartment was clean and the location suburb. Could not fault it. Thank you!

I did not like that i could not cancel my reservation, the fee for canceling was the entire amount i paid for the 5 day. *The bed was sunken in and made it very uncomfortable to sleep on *The shower was very very small and i am an average size man. *Air-conditioning worked very well *Walls are a little thin so you can hear the next door people talk/laugh/move around *The owner gives a list of recommendations for food which was very nice and helpful *I liked that the area was full of locals for the most part *Would have been nice if the curtains were blacked out

Very small

This is just a room, one room. There is very little space to even open up suitcases and then walk. There is no place to sit to eat a meal. The air conditioning never got cold enough for us to sleep comfortably. It was clean and easy to get to. If you are single and don’t mind the heat, it’s worth the price. But for a family of 3 from USA who is used to good A/C, don’t stay here

The place is very good. Short walking distance to the Vatican. Retails shops and dining options nearby. Bus stop is nearby. Free bottled water. The room is spacious and clean. Loris is nice and very responsive. The only issue during our 3 nights stay was that the internet connection was weak and sporadic but it was fixed on our last night. Overall a great place to stay ear the Vatican.

The property was great for a two night stay after arriving from Australia. It’s in a great location. Be aware…the address given by Expedia is not correct. It is two blocks away, which was not ideal when arriving at night from a 36 hour journey. Also, bring ear plugs- the internal walls are paper thin and you can hear ALL the other residents!!! The host is super friendly and welcoming.

Stayed at this location for 7 nights. I loved that the washroom was modernized, nice small TV and air conditioning to relax at night. Loris, the owner, was great in helping us adjust and move in. He provided us with a great list of recommendations for food and activities for our trip. A quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Also, I appreciated Loris booking us a taxi/transfer the day before so we didn’t have to Uber to the airport home.

Elegimos nuestra estancia en San Pietro Rooms por su buena ubicación cercana al Vaticano y Castillo San Angello. Es una estupenda opción de auto check in, con todas las comodidades. Un gran concepto de privacidad pero con la atención de Loris siempre pendiente y en comunicación a través de WhatsApp para solucionar y apoyar cualquier duda. Un verdadero asesor personal! La habitación cuenta con secadora, aire acondicionado, mini refrigerador, cafetera y también está disponible la plancha. Equipo completo! Limpieza diaria de la habitación 👌 Rodeada de restaurantes para todos los gustos y bolsillos y supermercado, queda resuelto el tema de comidas. Así mismo, caminando están las estaciones de autobús, es lo que nosotros usamos. Hay que orientarse con Google maps. Roma es para caminar y San Pietro Rooms tu lugar para descansar. Gran opción!! The accommodation was in a very convenient location, with Rome’s sights and the Vatican within walking distance. There are several lovely restaurants very close by. The air conditioning worked well and added to our comfort. Our room was clean, cozy, and the perfect size for two. Check-in was made easy. We were well taken care of, and our questions were answered very promptly. The host’s tips were helpful, and we made use of many of them! We also greatly appreciated the taxi being arranged for our departure, as well as the flexibility on our check-out day. The walls were indeed thin, and the noise from the couple in the neighboring room and children in another room were somewhat disturbing, so bringing earplugs just in case is recommended.
