Fantastic central location. The room was large, spotless and sound proofed which enable us to have excellent sleep during our stay. All amenities including a hairdryer, lovely shower room, fridge, safe, sofa, TV and very comfy bed. Ricardo was always on hand for help and give advice on where to go. If you're going to Rome then you really cant do any better than this place.

The room was excellent and fairly easy to walk to from Roma Termini. It is in a quiet location despite being so close to the center. You need to get used to the system to access the room, but it is quite simple (despite me having some issues, but it was my fault). Riccardo was a very polite and helpful host. I would stay there again, despite it being on the expensive side.

This is a wonderful property which was within walking distance off all the major tourist sites. Short walk from the main railway station which for arrival and departure from the airport was a god send. The metro is also very close so your ability to travel around the city, for example getting to the Vatican was again a very short walk away. Overall we couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation and we would highly recommend it.

Riccardo was an excellent host and the daily service staff are very helpful and well organized. The location is one of the best centralized inner city stays I've had in a major city when calculating cost, ease of access to major sites and travel from either train or airport. Very modern and clean rooms within a very beautiful and charming building. I stayed 10 days during the beginning of February and I had one of the best trips I've taken. I'm from the United States and very much recommend this property.

This boutique was sensational. Very clean very comfortable and quiet considering it is in central Rome. We stayed for 5 nights and could not have been happier. 10 minute walk to train station; 2 minute walk to the subway; easy walk to Trevi, colosseum, and Spanish steps. This is a boutique not a hotel you have to check yourself in and check your phone prior to arrival for access codes and directions. Recommend other travelers stop by the cafe by the entrance for WiFi and a cappuccino.
