We felt very safe during our stay. Room was clean and light. Wish the hotel was better marked on the outside of the building. Would stay again. Great location to everything we wanted to see.

It is centrally located which is really good. The room is updated, nice and clean. Just a little bit noisy sometimes probably because my room is closer to the main door and stairs so I can hear people walking up and down the stairs and whenever people open and close the door but overall a nice stay. I was also able to check in a bit early which is good.

Some pros, some cons. Great for traveler types

Pros: Close to Roma Termini Station/the Colosseum/other sights, priced well, friendly service. Cons: Front desk hours are short, not a general hotel feel, no real windows, uncommon entry into hotel, no signage. For my part, I liked it here, it did the trick for a quick trip to Rome. I don't love when hotels Whatsapp message me with a page of instructions on how to get in, and codes to do so. The front desk was only staffed for about 5 hours a day, but i will say everyone here was friendly. Rooms didn't have windows to the outside, they were shuttered closed and when I did manage to open them I just looked into a very distopian middle corridor of the building. If you want a typical hotel vibe with a sign at the front of the door and long front desk hours, this isn't for you. If you want a clean and easy place to lay your head and money in your pocket to do fun stuff in Rome, then it definitely is. I tend to fall into the latter camp, so I didn't mind at all.

We are so glad we spend our days in Rome in this place. Location perfect, close to Termini train station and walkable to most visited places of Rome. Room was even better than we expected, self check in super easy. Girl Valentina who was working there really helpful.

Rock hard bed.

The bed was so hard it was no better than sleeping on the floor. I have never had hip pain before in my entire life until sleeping in the bed here. My partner and I both had to take tylenol, and by the third night could not sleep at all. My arms would go numb trying to sleep on my side. My back ached sleeping on my back. I am someone who prefers a very firm mattress at home, and this was too much for me. I would love to say everything else was nice but the pain is too much to get past.

The place was very nice and comfortable. And the location was the best, very close to the Colosseum, the Termini Station, Fontana di Trevi. Everything was perfect because of the great service we had. Valentina makes everything great for us. She was always in contact with us and she always replied back when you get in contact with her. She was always very friendly, professional and very well known when you asked for help. I have to say she is the best.

Room is small and bed is very hard

The only good things for this accommodation it is near the main train terminal and has many restaurants nearby. Downside are the room is outdated and small. Bed is hard. At night is very noisy, can can hear cars passing by and people shouting.

The rooms are nice and spacious, you have everything you could need. BUT, if you don't get the check-in instructions/steps a day prior, you will have a hard time finding it, as these suites are in a commercial building at the second floor (you need a code to open these steel doors to then climb up stairs and find the suites/front desk). The reason why I am giving it 3-stars is because main door thing is inconvenient, we got locked outside for two hours, in the street, at 11 PM!!! We couldn't get in because the electronic lock was jammed. We tried contacting them and the front desk lady leaves at 5 PM so no one could help us (texted them and nobody answered, not even the next day). Then, this guy that lives in one of the rooms/floors had a key and manually opened it for us and saved us.

The rooms are nice but the beds are really uncomfortable. They’re like sleeping on a plywood. Getting into the building and check in area was really unorthodox. Once inside the suites, they were really nice. They had AC which was amazing!
