This is essentially a set of catered apartments and definitely not a hotel, but it's centrally located and reasonable in price. The staff (I met only one factotum) was very helpful. We didn't have a room with a view but if you can reserve in time to get one, it ought to be wonderful.

This place was perfect for A 3 night stay in the beautiful city of Rome Will definitely come back again. Only critique I have is that the mattress was slightly hard. Great communication and the building itself is historical and full of character with an incredible view and atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay! The bed and breakfast is in a great location close to the Colosseum. The bed is huge for European standards and extremely comfortable. There was complimentary water in the lobby and coffee and tea in the room. The staff we encountered were fantastic! They were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. Thank you tho Fabrizio for assisting us with a taxi back to the airport! We would gladly stay here in the future!

Wonderful, convenient, clean, property. Lots of amenities, closed to everything which made it highly walkable. We loved that there was a water dispensor right outside the room. There was also a coffee maker as well as a tea kettle with an assortment of teas. The manager left us a bottle of champagne and drinks in the mini fridge as well. The bathroom was gorgeous marble and so clean! Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Super clean. Good location. We got a warm welcome by the lady who manages the place. But it is a guesthouse and not a hotel, there is no staff 24/7. Guess we didn’t read the information properly.

Firstly the location is excellent. Stones throw from coliseum and roman forum. Lovely restaurants and bars literally outside the front door. Lovely room and excellent bathroom. Fabrizio couldn’t have been more helpful and Leanne kept house beautifully. Would highly recommend!
