Dear Miguel we are sorry you didn't feel comfortable with the mattress,but we also know that everyone has their own preferences and it's not possible to please all guests. Regarding your suggestion to replace the mattress, we inform you slept on a spring mattress, orthopedic, 24 cm high and purchased few months ago.Best regards

Nice Hotel in Rome

Pros: Space, comfort
We had the Junior Suite, and it was very spacious. The staff was friendly. Bathrooms were spacious, more so than others I've seen in Europe.
