All the amenities at hand
My husband and I were very pleased with the property. The apartment is quite large with a nice size fully stocked kitchen e.g., oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Also included Nespresso coffee maker and a toaster. There were spices, olive oil and other cooking items to use as well as a full range of cleaning supplies including dishwasher and laundry detergent. There is a washing machine behind a cabinet in the kitchen which was a big plus.
The bathroom is large with a well appointed shower with a rainfall shower head and a separate handheld shower head. There is a large sink and also a bidet.
We really found everything we needed and Alessandro was delightful.
The location is convenient to many restaurants, supermarkets and good shopping with easy access to many sights.
We were really pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Great apartment and location
We stayed for 10 days, family of 4. It’s greatly located, has restaurants, markets very close by. And if you just cross the bridge you are at Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, etc.
Communication with apartment owner was great!

Great Apartment in Ideal Location
This is a very nice apartment with plenty of space and facilities in an ideal location close to shopping and local cafes. Alessandro was very proactive with the check in process and also quick to assist with a minor maintenance issue. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay when in Rome.

Three wonderful weeks in Prati
We stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. Alessandro was a very attentive host who was friendly, informative, and virtually immediately available by text to answer any questions we may have had. The check-in and check-out processes were frictionless. The apartment was even better than advertised: clean, quiet, with many large windows, and with a sunny exposure overlooking Via Cicerone. It is an easy second-floor walkup, with two elevators adjacent to the staircase. All the appliances were new and worked perfectly. The apartment building is well maintained and Maurizio, the “portiere,” was very friendly and helpful. The building is conveniently located two blocks from Piazza Cavour, which is a great place to sit and relax on sunny afternoons, along with a Taxi Stand that virtually always has taxis. The neighborhood of Prati is very residential with many, many cafes and restaurants, along with an ample number of supermarkets and small bodegas in easy walking distance to buy food, fresh fruit and vegetables, etc. It is also a short walk into the Centro Storico over one of several bridges over the Tevere, with the Piazza del Popolo, the Piazza Navona, and the Piazza di Spagna all within easy reach; the Vatican is also a short, pleasant walk from the apartment. All in all, everything was great and we hope to return again soon in the not too distant future.
