Super big room. Finally a view! Sometimes I book on Expedia and I get a room with a shaft. It’s happened twice on my trip to Italy. This room was awesome and would stay again. Breakfast however was awful. The to go bag was nothing but crackers and cheap croissants in a bag. I had to ask for a fresh cornetto. They gave us 3 but the breakfast bag to go was I think the worst I’ve seen.

Great base to explore from

A quirky but well placed hotel, few minutes walk from the termini rail station and great breakfast buffet. Busy road junction but it was quiet in the room. Lovely evening buzz with lots of pavement restaurants on the quieter side streets. Would book again, pleasant and very helpful staff.

We arrived early, around 12pm and they allowed us to check in early since the room is ready. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean and very nice. Breakfast is good as well. The location is very convenient, close to Termini, the main train station and bus station. Lots of restaurants and shop around. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the air conditioning was barely cooling the room. We told the desk and he tried but it was still too warm. Staff, cleanliness, breakfast and location were excellent. Convenient to Roma Termini which meant we had to get past some not so great areas but that not the hotels fault. I would definitely recommend if its not too hot or they are able to fix the AC

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and left a very sour impression of our time in the city. The room temperature was unbearable—incredibly hot, with the air conditioning not working at all. We reported the issue several times, only to be brushed off without any real explanation. It was only on our last night out of four that we were finally offered a room exchange. By then, the damage was already done, and the lack of urgency or accountability was unacceptable. The reception and management were shockingly rude. Instead of providing solutions, they displayed a complete lack of care and even had the audacity to blame us for “picking a low standard hotel.” Imagine the reception telling guests they made a terrible choice, with nothing that could be done about it! That level of unprofessionalism is beyond belief. The Italian manager in particular showed utter disregard for guests. He carried himself with a rude, dismissive attitude, as though he was unhappy running the business and couldn’t care less about visitors. Sadly, his behavior summed up our experience here—uncivilized and unwelcoming. Rome is a beautiful city, but this hotel was a shameful low point of our trip. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want even the most basic standards of hospitality and respect.

The area around the hotel can be a bit sketchy. Keep in mind it is extremely close to the main train station. One of our rooms had a shower that had water backing up into the bathroom. Check in was a bit slow but understandable as a large group of students check out late unexpectedly.

Excellent location close to train and bus terminals. All the good Italian food shops are nearby. Staff is very friendly particularly the guy on the main reception. Saif is very nice person but area around property at night time is full of homeless people but that is not an issue property is cleaned immaculately every day rooms are linens and everything is changed. Breakfast is really good and Jim is small but it serves the purpose.
