Host met us outside the property to let us in which was super helpful. They also gave us a bottle of wine which was so kind! The property is safe and nicely decorated with an amazing balcony with a view looking towards the ancient city border. Went to some good restaurants in the area. About a 20min walk from the colosseum.

Property was good size. Large outside area. Shower is just a dribble of water. So easy and cheap to have changed shower head and pipe for smaller one. Rotten food found in fridge. Place could be so good if tidied up as lots of owners building stuff and junk. 10min walk to metro. Supermarkets 2 min away. Good for all the sights.

Appartement avec une belle terrasse et une belle vue, grands espaces à l’intérieur bien aménagés. Ce qui posait problème à été d’une part la cuisine : manque d’ustensiles, pas de couvercle de la casserole, manque de rangement dans les placards et surtout un souci de fonctionnement des appareils extrêmement lent 1/2h pour faire bouillir de l’eau. D’autre part, l’appartement disposait d’une isolation très insuffisante : des infiltrations d’air et une humidité incommodante en cette saison, obligation de mettre le chauffage très fort. La douche devrait être issu être rénovée. Emplacement calme agréable et relativement proche des transports en commun. Nous avons passé un bon séjour néanmoins contraints de s’adapter pour cuisiner.
