"Unwelcoming, non-caring receptionists. Padel courtlights on until 23h, spraying into rooms (“its automatic”, says blankfaced receptionist). Room not cleaned first morning even with “please clean” sign on door. Roomkey stopped working. No apologies whatsoever. Great breakfast and shuttle service."
