We stayed here to be close to the airport, let’s just say it was not as the pictures portray. It was extremely dirty and looked to be mold. We both are usually comfortable roughing it but this was so bad we barely used the bathroom. It was also very loud so hard to sleep. Wouldn’t recommend - stay at one of the others for the extra $100

The place was nice, I did have WiFi issue at this place and reported it. After that it was ok. The little fridge is hard to get to since it’s under the dresser and the door of it opens the wrong direction. There was no facial soap or shampoo in the place. Glad there was a store nearby to get some.

We needed an airport hotel overnight in Rome and this fit the bill. Room was clean, facility was fine, area around was pretty run down. It's connected to a shopping mall with limited fast-food type franchises. Reminded me of a hostel type experience (not a bad thing).

The hotel room was very poorly maintained. Holes and scufffa all over the walls. The shower faucets were very dirty and stained. Seemed like they didn’t even clean it after the last use. Also pretty sure there was mold in the cracks and corners of the washroom.

When checking in, the staff person on duty was very involved with her phone. She gave us no information about breakfast, wifi, how to use the keypad on the doors, lobby hours, or anything else. We were on our own to figure it out. Also, knowing something about the mall hours would have been helpful as it seemed to be the only food option. Maybe they serve something other than breakfast at the hotel? I have no idea. How much does breakfast at the hotel cost? No idea.

Getting to the property was difficult and our room was for handicap people. So the shower was makeshift doors that magnetized. There was a chair rail that would not stay up. There was some hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived.
