Would not recommend. We came on a Sunday (Valentines Day) and stayed until Tuesday. We picked this hotel only for the water park. My daughters have been wanting to go to a hotel with a waterpark. When we checked in, the first thing we did was ran to the pool, the waterslides were closed. I talked to a lifeguard. Well the slides were already closed for the day and I then found out they wouldn't be open our entire stay! No where on on booking did it state that! The pool was so over crowded, even with no water slides. We couldn't even let our kids (ages 4 and 7) use the kid slides, they were closed! How ridiculous! Why would I pick a water park hotel just for my kids to look at the slides. So we had to stay 2 nights and just swim in the water and look at the slides. Both my daughters broke out in a rash all 3 times we swam in the pool. The hot tub had garbage floating around in it. The life guard on duty was sleeping, yes sleeping while watching his lap top. Definitely will not be recommending or ever coming back to a holiday inn! My kids were so bummed.

The king size bed was so uncomfortable and the pull out couch was bent so bad nobody could sleep on it. But other than that it was a lot of fun and the room was spacious, kids loved the pool, fromt desk staff was great too!

The staff is amazing! My son had had scratched his foot getting out of the pool ( to a 5 year old end of the world pain) Tash not only got us some first aid help. She asked “kit kat” what she call my son ( because he loves kit kats and tells people so) she went to look for a kit kat to make him feel better. They didn’t have any...but m&ms did the trick! Tash rocks!!

Hotel was overpriced and staff seemed lazy

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy, Poor breakfast
