"We had a wonderful stay at the Lake Louise Inn. Check in was convenient and easy but we had a small issue with our room, that was not the hotels fault, and Sweety at the front desk took care of it immediately. The customer service not only with the front desk but throughout the property was some of the best we have ever had. Every person we encountered was helpful and kind. The town itself is much smaller than I thought but so were so lucky to have fantastic restaurants onsite. We had a huge breakfast buffet downstairs every morning and had dinner in the upstairs restaurant every night. The dinner menu is great, we all had something different each night so it did not repetitive and it was all fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about this property and if we are lucky enough to be in the area again we will absolutely stay here again."

"Not having daily room cleaning and having to ask for clean towels. Never have stayed at a facility where rooms are cleaned every third day....... Also was issued a parking ticket that was only good for two days even though our stay was for four days. Even the desk clerk questioned why we were not given a ticket to cover our stay when we checked in. The desk clerk handled it and we were given another ticket to cover the rest of our stay."
