New, standard hotel with decent rooms and continental breakfast. Refrigerator and microwave in the room (no coffee maker). Unfortunately, I had inconsiderate neighbors above me (sounded like a herd of elephants) but that does not influence my review.

I stayed there once before when it was a Microtel, the remodeling is very nice, the only issue that I have is the amount of luggage carts you have available for guest use, you have only two for a large hotel. The luggage carts you have do not need to be that big, your cart area could easly hold 10 half sized carts. I found that a big waste of my time waiting for a cart to move my luggage.

Our room was clean and quiet, but small. I reserved a double queen. The beds were full size, not Queen. The hotel breakfast was disappointing. There was no protein option- no eggs or meat, only bagels, toast, cereal, or waffles.

Major upgrade compared to previous owners. The only area that could use improvement is the laundry rooms. One of the floors the clothes dryer wasn't working. Both laundry room washing machines weren't very clean. Other than that the stay was perfect!
