Courteous staff, par excellence. They answered all my questions, as itinerary was complicated by the Feb.'26 blizzard. Extremely clean room, plus everywhere else on site, is spotless. Temperature of the room, in winter; perfect & adjustable. Varied, healthful and delicious complimentary breakfast. Bistro 72 is superb. Any season, in Riverhead? Hotel Indigo is a winner.

Nice comfortable room, felt clean. The common areas were pretty for the holidays. Hotel is a nice combo of modern and cozy. The outdoor space seems looked well maintained and I would love to return in the summer and enjoy the pool.

Your company is the problem. I got the flu and needed to cancel my one night stay. Hotel indigo was accommodating but said I had to get your approval for a refund. I tried calling I was on line with a virtual person and was never taken care of. Your customer service options are to see that you never get help. I am disgusted and disappointed that I have to pay for my stay because I could not speak to anyone to help me. You do this tactic on purpose. I will never use Expedia again and will share my story with all who will listen. You should be ashamed of the way you do business.
