The friendliness, helpfulness, and kindness of the staff made us feel welcome and the room was very nice and clean. The only thing that was wrong was that we had to keep flushing the toilet because of the very low water pressure but we would definitely stay here again.

Great for the price!

Overall the room was clean, recently remodeled & was a good deal for what we paid. Bed was very comfortable too. One complaint if I was being picky was that we only got 1 pillow each, and there were no others in the room, so it would’ve been nice to have an additional pillow (again being picky)! Also didn’t like that they required $100 up front, in case of incidents. I had to use debit card which meant waiting 5-7 days to get back deposit. But I did get my money back after 5 days.

I liked that the rooms were remodeled. I did not like not having water to bath and having go to another unit to shower in the am. The next door place had a family from hell and the walls are paper thin waking us up at 6:00am. so there was that getting in at 10:30pm taking over 30 min to check in because the cleck was on the phone and could not put them on hold to check me in. Waiting for water till midnight then being told it would not happen till the am. Then in am still no water and having to go and shower in another unit because they could not move my family to another room. Then I meet the so called owner and I say this becasue he told me he was. He told me he would credit me one night for my inconvenience. I thought that was fair. Then I get home and only get $59.65 back for a $208.00 night. When I called I was told by the owner who is not the owner that the real owner only approved 25% discount for the amount of hell they put my family thru. Very unprofessional to say the least. Lies are not acceptable ever. Then I was told don't be unset if I decided to stay again they would give me a discount. No thank You !!!!
