We stayed in a Queen room. Nice little kitchenette. Ok for comfort sofa. The bed could use a new mattress. The bathroom area is cramped with an awkward layout The hotel is clean unless you are looking for dirt, you find it in the corners.

Mixed Experience – Friendly Staff but Poor Room Cleanliness The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, which was a great first impression. However, the room itself was disappointing. The sheets and pillowcases had an unpleasant body odor, there was hair in the bathtub, and food crumbs were left near the bed. Unfortunately, these cleanliness issues made for a less-than-relaxing stay.

Room was clean, everything else really wasnt or was worn out. Elevators were filfthy. Pool area was ok, but they need a good cleaning. Snack area was cleaned out and didnt offer much

Inconveniences

It was not great only the A/C worked in the room, let staff know. We received a space heater to warm room. Room key would not open pool area, and reported to clerk. Clerk stated “We have been having issues. No discount was offered for any of the inconveniences being addressed.
