A bad nights sleep

Pros: The location of the hotel was good
Cons: over night staff that can fix air conditioners
Location: easily accessible to pretty much everything
I understand that the state fair was in town the night that I stayed at this hotel, but my room's air conditioner did not work and I did not get any sleep. The hotel staff on that night was ok but they wasn't able to offer another room. The next morning they dropped only 15.00 off the bill and for that experience I was ver disappointed. When I broke rooms out of town I do so with rest in mind and in this case I didn't receive that.

Very pleased.

Pros: I liked how quiet the hotel was. Our room was close to an exit and on the 1st floor which made taking our dog out very easy.
Location: The mall was close and several eating locations within walking distance. Getting in and out of the location was very easy, not a lot of traffic.
Check in was quick and easy. The room was cleaned and ready as soon as we arrived. The staff members were very polite and courteous. Continental breakfast was very good.

Complimentary breakfast, excellent!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, Free breakfast
Cons: pool was cold.
Room quality was excellent. Too often at other motels/hotels the complimentary breakfast is just there in minimal fashion. This is the second Country Inn and Suites we've been to where the breakfast is excellent in comfortable, restaurant-like surroundings. Staying here really felt like a vacation.
