Did not like outside entrance to room. Non working tv remote. Dirty stairsways. No coffee at breakfast ,hostess was busy elsewhere and not attending to keeping breakfast items stocked. No one at desk …always somewhere else both at check in and check out… Bathtub drainer was not working. Felt somewhat uncomfortable, unsafe, and unattended Dirty laundry in lobby

Arrived on site they advised we where a no show reservation they had to fix that on the system blamed the 3rd party vendor. Room was filthy to the point we walked around in socks and shoes. The overnight desk clerk kept smokimg outside our room and that made are room smell. He was hacking up a lung they whole time he was smoking at 330am. Our room key stopped worlimg 2 times then we got grief about getting it fixed.

This looks like a renovated hotel but the condition of bath room fittings was bad. Faucets were not working properly. Breakfast was offered but everything was cold .. bagels were ice frozen and coffee was cold

Room was disgusting dirty. Floors, bathroom, surfaces… everything. A/c and heat vent was filthy and gave us a stuffy nose and headache upon turning on. Room was cold when we arrived. Front desk staff sighed and rolled their eyes at the sight of someone checking in. Have attitude immediately and seemed annoyed that we were there and they had to do work. Breakfast was awful. Would not ever come back to this location.

Traveling though stopped for one night. Already booked room before arrival but still took 22 minutes to check in. Room was in poor condition. It had not been cleaned it seemed but the beds looked to be changed and made (I hope) The sink was dirty, there was pet hair and footprints all over the dirty floor showing it had not been cleaned. There was maybe 6 rooms occupied with the rest being vacant so I’m not sure why getting an uncleaned room would even be an option at 10pm. The lobby was dirty with stained furniture. Breakfast was sub par. Slept for a few hours and hit the road. Won’t be staying here again.
