Great house and neighborhood

Stayed here for the balloon festival which is about 20 minutes from fiesta park. The house is brand new and homes are still being built in the neighborhood. It was stocked with all of the essentials. About a 30 minute drive to popular Albuquerque sites such as historic downtown and Sandra tramway. Plenty of room for 3 couples and a teenager. Enjoy the patio and large common area for meals and hanging out. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again if returning to the area.
