Os quartos estão iniciando a fase de necessidade de manutenção. Necessidade de Limpeza no ar condicionado é notória. O mais grave estava a limpeza do banheiro, que possuía cabelos no ralo e na parede do box do chuveiro de hóspedes anteriores (veja fotos). A parede ao lado da pia possuía respingos de sujeira não identificada até no interruptor da lâmpada (quarto 1355).
