The staff were unfriendly, the girl checking us in was more worried about eating her apple. The room was dirty and old and the furniture in the room was absolutely filthy. Thank heavens is was only for one night and at least the bed and shower were clean.

Staff weren’t accommodating seeings how we booked the highest suite they wanted us to downsize but still charging us the same price as the highest room. Sue to the weather many people who were no longer guests camped out in the halls, taking up space that we couldn’t enjoy leaving behind messes. The room could’ve been cleaned better but we made it work.

Great spacious room, helpful stuff. You have to request for bath robe if you want, but once requested delivered quickly. The first room we got had smoking smell, we requested to change - they came in quickly and gave us another room. Hotel shuttle is free from airport to hotel though every 30 mins but going to airport it cost us 5 euro per person.

Front desk staff seems not to understand professionalism response and cleanliness. I and family stayed for 3 nights and the room was not thoroughly cleaned throughout. The time I complained, the front desk lady/staff rudely enquired if I was still staying a night more before she sent someone just to change the towels and pick up the rubbish. Also, on one of the morning breakfasts I asked for omelette and was informed that this was only available to frequent/member visitors, and being a first time visitor to Amsterdam and Radission Blu Hotels I don't qualify for same. These purely ruined my Christmas experience. The only plus was the dinner myself and wife had at the restaurant.
