booked this hotel through Expedia, which showed an 8.6 rating, but after staying here, I discovered that the more accurate rating is closer to the 4.1 I later saw online. The issues started immediately. The first night, the TV didn’t work at all, and the bathtub was taped up inside—something the staff was already aware of but had not disclosed before my stay. As we were packing to leave, we spotted a roach in the room. I took pictures and brought them to the front desk. The receptionist’s response was shockingly casual—she acknowledged knowing about the bathtub situation and dismissed the roach by saying she “only saw one” in the picture, as if that was acceptable.

It was a great stay minus I booked a one bedroom and got a studio the persoat the desk stated some one called me to notify me that was not available any more… but I don’t know how if I booked months in advance it should of been available I just got a call stated if I was still coming…after I paid for the one bedroom very upsetting. When needed fresh towels we had to take the dirty towels to them they didn’t provide anything to put them in , that’s disgusting. We got new towels by asking the front office and she would hand them to us.
