Book a hotel near Repulse Bay Beach, Southern District

"We stayed at this hotel from 9/9/25 to 22/9/25 and the only thing we can advise is do not stay at this hotel if you come from a western country. The staff treat the people from the UK totally different to the Chinese in the level of service they provide. We booked a Deluxe Harbour View room but upgraded to one with Club access and we were glad that we did. The room had a great view of Victoria Harbour but the hotel did not comply with our request of a high floor. The room was on the 12th floor but most club rooms were between the 18th and 20th floors. The reason we upgraded to one with club access was that breakfast was included in the price. Although it was somewhat limited in the choice you had, and was mostly warm at best, it did save us quite a lot of money. However, the club room staff were annoying because they watched your every move, and as soon as one of you finished eating they would come and take the plate away. Despite this we were glad we did have the club access because all meals at the hotel were extremely expensive for what they provided. With regards the 5 star rating this hotel is given at best we would rate it a 3 star playing at 5 stars. Concerning the location it is to far out of the main attractions although the MTR is close. Therefore our advice is do not stay at this hotel and stay at one of branded hotels like the Hyatt if you are from the UK or English speaking country. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. We even extended our stay here a few days longer because we enjoyed our room and view so much. The rooms are clean and spacious, the ocean view rooms have a spectacular view of the ocean and nearby islands, and the service at the hotel is top notch. What made a standout different was that we were always greeted with a smile and helpful staff when we came to the hotel in a taxi or uber; they opened the door for us, helped us hold any baggages as we got in and out of the car, and were friendly and kind with our little toddler. The pool here has a stunning infinity view as well. Thank you to the Fullerton hotel staff for making our weeklong stay in Hong Kong so enjoyable. "

"I stayed here for 3 nights, and given the price, I wasn’t expecting too much - but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean and the service exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping came every day, not only changing towels and cleaning the bathroom thoroughly, but also making sure the room had enough bottled water. They even turned on the air purifier and dehumidifier after cleaning, which was a nice touch. The location can be a little tricky if you’re not familiar with the area, but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus, and there are also a couple of public bus stops nearby. I used the shuttle bus to Causeway Bay and then caught the A11 bus to the airport, which worked out smoothly. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they proactively handled my luggage and placed it in the shuttle bus for me. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, attentive service, and supplementary transport options. I would be happy to stay here again."
