Absolutely great, home like rental. Separate entrant, off street parking, fenced spacious back yard! DO NOT let it being a base level rental stop you from taking advantage of this space. 12/10 will return without hesitation!

Nice apartment for a vacation base.

Clean, well set up and convenient for daytrips around the Rapid City Area. We spent 4 fun filled days visiting the Bad Lands, Mt Rushmore, crazyhorse and the Decils Tower as well as several area hiking trails and caves. It was nice to have a spacious place we could fo back to and unwind, rest and even cook when we were ready. Jim was friendly and wanted us to enjoy our stay.

Our 4th of July Vacation was a “Blast”

This was a fantastic rental of our family of 8 😳 we had more than enough room for everyone to have a place to sleep and the location was close to all of the family friendly places we wanted to visit! The hosts are incredibly generous and even though they are right above you, you wouldn’t be able to tell because they are so quiet! We really enjoyed our visit and highly recommended this rental even if you’re not a large family!

The owner of the property was very welcoming to us, and was very kind. The home was very clean and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Rapid City area. I have been to South Dakota several times and this was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed.

Perfect Home Base for Our Black Hills Vacation

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay here. The property owner, Jim, communicated well with us and was very welcoming. Our kids looked forward to getting back in the evening to board games, TV, and lots of room. Location is great for exploring the area and the price was right. We’d stay again.

Great stay...a hidden gem. I was nervous staying in someone's basement, but it wasn't an issue AT ALL! Separate entrance. Complete privacy. Property is spacious, CLEAN, and well equipped. Not going to lie but I was a little apprehensive about staying in someone’s basement but Jim was a great host. Kitchen is missing several essential items but we were the first guest. The host was willing to get whatever we needed. Would definitely stay there again.
