Bed had stains, I had to ask the staff for a change of sheets. Pool was too cold to swim in. Room was in disrepair: unfinished drywall in bathroom, broken lamp, damaged furniture. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The property is in a run down part of town with unused buildings that had boarded up windows. There were loud parties going on all through the night. The swimming pool was ice cold. The beds were so "firm" it felt like sleeping on plywood. When we left in the morning, there was a creepy guy that opened his door to watch my wife, our two daughters and I leave. He was only wearing a towel and was rubbing his chest while he watched us. There was nothing comfortable about our stay. If we had known we would have spent the money and stayed somewhere else.

Told pool closed at 9:00 pm on Saturday night. Water in hot tub was extremely hot. Had to have staff turn n jets. Fire alarm went off at 7:30 am with no explanation from staff. No offer to discount room. Breakfast was skimpy.

It was awful...pool ice cold...hot tub not working...no entrance doors except the lobby worked. Shotty repairs in process every where. Gardeners? Supplies in pool area. Yucky rooms.

This hotel was a good surprise from what I expected for the cost. Check in staff were nice but did argue a lot w each other. Rooms were clean. Elevators looked yucky I didn't like that dirty towels and garbage wasn't picked up daily. Pool looked clean and was used a lot! I would stay there again!

Disappointing Stay

Reserved 2 queen room suite which said it had a hide a bed couch buy upon arrival they tried to tell me that wasnt what i reserved. They did give us a room with a loveseat couch. Upon entering the room, which was on the 3rd floor, i couldnt figure out why i could hear interstate traffic so much. Come to find out our window was open with NO screen in it. When we tried to lock the window you could not due to hotel having settled so much. Hot tub worked for a bit but then wouldnt turn back on. TV stand drawers wouldn't stay closed as the room had a lean to it. Upon telling front desk about the window issue the lady, who could barely speak english, acted as if that was no big deal.

The hotel was very dirty. Found pills on the floor in my room. The hot tub was filled right before going in it with a shut off valve from a pet pipe and it filled the tub with no time to get chlorinated. Front desk called the police on us for having 4 to a room even though the policy states 4 kids and 2 adults to a room. After checking out the man said he was charging me 1,@@@ for being rude about his hotel. He then managed to charge my card 15@ before I could shut off my card for fraud. He proceeded to tell me that American people cannot be trusted and we are all bad…..

Dont book here!

Disgusted. Our room was filthy! They dont care at all. The second we made a compalint they shut our room cards off! No garbage can, half a roll of toilet paper, dirty towels, mold. The list goes on and on. They did nothing to fix this. Ill be disputing the charge on my card!
