worst hotel ever

Did not stay. they tried to give me a room with a queen bed when I had paid for a king bed. Room was very tired and wall paper was peeling off walls no microwave. I took pictures because I didn't think anyone would believe me. This property is so run down hotel.com should be able to evaluate and drop from list of stays available.

Extremely nasty and unpleasant…

Room was extremely dirty with stains all over the carpet and some extremely suspicious stains on the bed sheets… Room was supposedly smoke free yet smelled like a cigar factory. There was dried snot on the towels and mold along the corners. Wouldn’t have been surprised to see a raccoon roaming around the room. Overall very bad experience wouldn’t recommend please save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel.

Called when I booked and asked if I could check in 1 hr early and was told no problem. When I arrive I was told there would be a $15 fee to check in early due to the motel being sold out the night before and they hadn’t put clean towels in the room yet. The room was ready but they needed to have someone get us towels told them not to worry about the towels we needed to get ready for a wedding still $15. .

The place was definitely not maintained. No smoke detectors, wires only, toilet unsafe moved when you sat on it. No electrical outlet working in bathroom so hairdryer in unit not working! Would definitely not stay there again.

The property had weeds growing all over outside. It was like pulling into an abandoned hotel. The rooms were noisy and you could near your " neighbor's " TV very easily. Dark and rather dinghy. But it was a good locaion.

Our room was essentially uninhabitable. The bed was broken, finally "fixed" at 11pm. TV-broken. Carpet- came with urine stains and odor. Help from front desk? Absent with a dash of condescension. This was almost comically the worst motel room we've ever stayed at in 40 years of traveling.

We were in a room beside the lobby, and about 6 am until we checked out at 8:30 it sounded like a bowling alley in that lobby. It turns out the lobby has tile that is raised in the middle but at the edges of the tile is recessed down to the grout and when people pull the luggage cart with hard plastic wheels across the lobby it sounds like a bump bump bump about 40 times while pulling it across to get luggage outside. The title was pretty but not a tile to pull carts across. The hair dryer didn't work, only one set of towels, so we asked for a second set of towels the brought a bath towel while we went out to dinner so I had to ask again about a hand towel and wash cloth. The spring center that holds the toilet paper in place was absent so they just set it on the toilet which meant we had to set in on the tub edge when in use. I mean what hotel does not keep a few toilet roll spring centers in their basic maintenance closet. They could at least put soft rubber wheels on the carts that would be a quick fix but until they do no one is sleeping in the first 5 rooms from that lobby once people start checking out or in.

This place was a disaster from the start. We went for Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and when this place wasn't busy and had a lot of bookings available, I should have taken that as a sign. The carpets were all stained, the room stank of mildew and bad circulation. The shower was taped together and sprayed literally everywhere. The bathroom vent fan would sometimes not work at all and the other times, it still would work, but it would scream like something electrical was about to blow. The receptionists would not do anything about the issues, they just nod their head when you talk and wait for you to leave. The fire alarm went off almost everyday from the "breakfast". The breakfast was almost edible to include concrete buiscuits with chunky and watery gravy. Powdered eggs, and cereal and milk from a mini fridge that didn't actually keep the milk cold. All but the last night, the smell throughout the whole hotel would shift to the smell of rotten eggs and sewage. We keft a fee times just to try and wait out the smell. They would prop open the main doors leaving the hotel unsecure at night as a means to vent the smell out. I just hope it's not a gas leak that is eventually going to kill a guest. This entire hotel needs to be renovated or shut down.

Absolutely discusting room. Wall socket missing, bed sheets were stained. Every though they say no cats it had a neausiating smell of cat piss. The floors were stained. The lamp blinds were broken. There was mold on the walls. They place should be condemned not in buisness
