Been staying here for years, but sadly, over the last few years, it has shown its age. Not the same owners, not as clean, dark, no tv remote, unfriendly front desk staff, just not like it used to be.

Common areas were fridgid, paint peeling and falling off parts of the walls, especially in the room i was in. Ceiling tile missing above the shower which was very odd. Carpets were filthy and the smell was covered up by air freshener. I'm surprised Wyndham wants their name on this place.

Property is older, but well maintained. All of the regular amenities are provided. The breakfast is a wonderful add-on. Very thoughtful nice tea like toaster microwave and 24 hour coffee and hot water in the lobby. The staff is extremely welcoming and pleasant! Very safe and quiet

Room was filthy. I cleaned it myself. Cost forced me to choose. If not for discounted rates, I'd have gone elsewhere. Desk people not nice to other patrons. Incurred several bugs bites on one arm, even though I checked bedding the 1st nite there. Bites occurred shortly before leaving. Polyester bed linens smelled like old grease. I used my own sheets. Either they dont read requests thru 3rd party reservations or they ignore them. Just dont go there

Don't waste your money.

Will not stay at a Days Inn again. Tv didn't work (providers fault), tub and shower curtain were dirty, lights not plugged in, heat/ ac not plugged in, bare light bulbs in ceiling light, phone didn't work., no clock, towels should have been thrown out. Elevator floor carpet was beyond dirty. We couldn't wait to leave. Hotel clerk tried to be helpful. The room was expensive on top of it.

This property is s unkept & filthy. The shower was dirty, the floors throughout the building were filthy, wallpaper peeling in the room & a hole where the smoke detector should have been. We slept in our clothes on top of the most uncomfortable 'bed' I've ever had the misfortune to to attempt sleep on & the only reason we didn't leave is it was 'nonrefundable'.

Great location,old facility

This hotel is quite old and could use upgrades of all flooring, lights, linens, and towels. Staff were attentive and always polite. Heating/cooling systems worked but were loud. Refrigerator developed a loud hum. Fitness center seemed neglected. WiFi worked well. This is one of the few hotels in west Rapid City and has the potential to be a hotel of choice for the whole area if it were modernized and upgraded.

Wow! Where do I start? The exterior is unkept, the entry rug and carpet throughout the entire building is disgusting. The toilet moved when you sat on it I'm guessing because it was not sealed or was missing a wax seal. We checked in fairly late and probably should have just left and found another hotel but we grinned and bared it and just tried to not touch anything. The next day we heard there was a fight in the lobby where one guy was bleeding everywhere and the cops had to be called. We surprisingly slept through it. This place is in severe need of a complete overhaul, cleaning, remodel. I don't like to bash any business but this is unacceptable and I would not recommend.

There was a bowl of cerel in the room it had crumbs on the floor found pills, dirty and a floss pick for your teeth on the floor beside the night stand.
