The property is old. The carpet needs to be cleaned BADLY. The paint is pealing in the bathroom.

Our 1st room had no heat, 2nd too much heat & had to run AC at °23 F. No towels or toiletries, extremely hard beds to where we couldn't sleep much and woke with aches.pillows felt like wads of rags in a pillow case. No security lights, constant dripping sound in ducts. No breakfast, just a bag of snacks even though it advertised free breakfast. Horrible stay, however the staff was good and our room was clean.

It took over an hour to check in the toilet has poop and pee on it the bathrooms were terribly dirty hair stuff everywhere carpet was nasty nothing was clean didn't even sleep you owe me $300 Travelocity

This place is a disaster. 1) I was checked into a room that was already occupied. 2) Even though I was on vacation, I still have work assignments to complete. After personal and staff attempts to get the internet to work in our room, we were told we could use the computer in the lobby. 3) The computer in the lobby said to limit use to 15 minutes. 4) Tub did not drain. 5) The floors in our room was visibly dirty. Do NOT stay here. I never thought I would happy to pay an extra $100/night to stay in normal hotel.

The Travelodge was a terrible experience. This motel would have been better if it was 45 dollars. The staff was sketchy and didnt know what they were doing. The rooms were dirty, smelled weird, and had super super old mattresses. They wouldn't give you more than 2 towels. We had a family of 4. There were no amenities in the room and they said they had a continental breakfast and it was an apple and a granola bar. It looked like you would get robbed. The pool was closed for most of the time. It was just gross and it cost a lot of money. My kids were bummed. If I could have cancelled I would have. It also had really yucky people staying there. This place was awful. I am actually concerned about renting rooms from Travelocity because of this. If I would have optioned to rent the room there, I would have walked out after looking at the lobby and the staff. Also, the internet pictures are NOT true. It would be nicer at the Motel 6.

Disappointed overall. We are a military family moving from Rapid City to NC. Due to our drivers licenses being local addresses we were made to pay a $100 cash deposit. Did not know this pruor to making our reservation. They excuses were ridiculous. Due to locals who in the past have trashed rooms or not paid their room properly we are being penialized. We have to have a room inspection before we can gwt the deposit back. I was so embarrassed, as no one else chwcking in had to do this requirement. If you make it for one group you make it for all. The room was subpar and why left me have coffee that I can take prepackaged with me to my room if their are no coffee makers in said room. Will not stay at a Travelodge again.

Poor management. Young adults non professional. Needed shower towels and they have us bath mats. The worse experience at a motel ever.

The check in took entirely too long. It seemed that it took tow people to run the computer at the front desk and they couldn't figure out how to operate their system. One woman was spiteful and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Room was clean though once though check in. Breakfast was weak. Other than that it was ok. Good price for the room.

The personal at check in very unpleasant and unorganized ..The rooms were dirty and carpets were sticky dead bugs window screen filled with dirt walls were dirty and the pool was falling apart and had difficulty getting clean towels. I would rather stayed in the getto .That motel was only worth about $6/.00 per night. But on a positive note the shower had great pressure the ac was cool and the refrigerator kept things cold and if you need pictures i have them.
