I've stayed at Ayres Orange & the difference between the 2 is Manhattan Beach location does not offer free breakfast. The only other issue with my room at Ayres Manhattan Beach was the light above the shower was out. But all in all, I like staying at Ayres properties

Walking distance to several fast food places and restaurants. Shopping and a Costco just on the other side of the hotel. Rooms are unique as they have shutters and a room divider for some privacy if sharing a room.
