This is my favorite hotel in Ramsey. What sets this place apart are not only the amenities like free bottled water and bananas which are available throughout most of the day but also the outstanding hospitality from the owner. He personally greets guests with friendly chats in the lobby, provides great recommendations for local spots and goes out of his way to ensure everything is perfect. The breakfast is definitely the highlight in the mornings. There are a variety of cold and hot options but my favorite are the delicious pancakes which are always waiting for me, thanks to the owner's personal attention. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well-appointed. The combination of exceptional service, hospitality, and the breakfast keeps me coming back. If you're in town, don't settle for anything less—this hotel is the clear winner. Highly recommend!

We spent one night. Everything was excellent. Clean room, nice staff, complimentary coffee and bottled water all day, plenty parking. Nice work station in room. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Check in smooth, fast. The stand out for me is the cleanness of the room and the 24 /7 coffee and free water.

The room was immaculate, as well as the general appearance of the property. The variety of items in the free breakfast was top notch, and the front desk was very helpful and engaging to guests. I'd definitely stay here again and look forward to staying at other locations.

Disgusting hotel. Dirty rooms. Toilet didn’t even work. Rude staff. Housekeeping burst into our room without knocking while we were indecent and front desk promised a refund then manager called and said no.
