Family Stay

our family rented four rooms from Thursday, October 9 through Sunday, October 12. The mattress is on the beds, felt hard on the corners when you sat down on the bed and when you lay down on the bed, you could feel the springs against your back. Maybe it's time to replace the mattresses. Also the carpets had a very worn look to them, and one of the room set a big stain on the carpet. Room 122 had several major cracks in the mirror in the bathroom. Your room is really need to be updated and they should fix things like the cracked mirrors. there was also a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway, which was probably coming from some other guest room. The positive is your staff did a good job when I requested that they put fresh towels in the room. In one of the rooms, the staff that was cleaning the room, took the bedspread and sheets off the bed and threw them on the floor and left them there. They did not replace them on the beds or take those sheets out of the room, so I'm not sure why they did that once again that was in room 122. Some of the lights did not work in room 124.

A room was on the third floor and when we got off the elevator an employee was surprised to see us and asked if we were sure, we were in the correct place. It is not smoking hotel, but our room smelled like stale smoke. There was bleach stains on the floor and an old dirty towel was left hanging on the ironing board of our room. The AC obviously brought in air from the outside. It did not filter for the fact that people were smoking cigarettes outside our room, which brought the stench into the room. The beds were clean and the bathroom was cleaned to our satisfaction that we still felt comfortable staying..

Easy check-in and the rooms were clean. The furniture and carpet felt worn but for a drop in this was dine. The price was about as inexpensive as you will find so it all worked out. I was out early so I did not try the coffee and breakfast.

Checking in was about the only thing that was pleasant this time around, there was a huge difference from when we stayed there last year. The drawers were falling apart when you pulled them open. Also there was a car in the parking lot that was there from last year (same spot), and someone pissed on our car as well as loosening the lug nuts. We will never stay there again.

what happened.

The check in was fast. The room was clean, however the room I was in had a musty smell about it even the pillows on the bed. The breakfast offerings were meager compared to other times I spent at this location. There was usually an array of items in the breakfast area. you had a larger choice. This stay there were Beverages and Muffins. Usually, the choices are fresh fruit and mini-Danishes and some cereals. there was also a spill in front of the food area that made it hard to reach. When I said something to the night manager, I was told someone would get it later. Bad answer. Throw a towel down or get a mop, takes just a minute to fix. I'd say this location is in need of some TLC.

Not a place for piece and quiet due to traffic and interior noise. Coffee in the morning was weak. Had to do without ice because the only ice machine broke during the first night. Powdered rug deodorizer was sprinkled and was never vacuumed up. No facial tissue provided.
