Our reserved room was not ready when we checked in at 4 p.m. We were offered a second floor room but there was no elevator to bring up our luggage so we opted to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes. The long hallway to our room sloped oddly. Otherwise, the room was clean and very nice.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and nice. My room was clean, but there was a blood splatter in the hall by the vending machines the 2nd night. It was tracked in the hall and up the stairs. the next morning it was still there. It was disgusting and it was in a high traffic area you had to pass to get to the room area.

Breakfast was very good. The floor in the first floor corridors and rooms is wavy which makes it difficult for seniors and all to feel secure while walking. Structural problem? Could use a security bar in the bathtub/shower combo.

ALL WAS AS EXSPECTED, ROOM SMELLED A LITTLE MUSKY. SHOWER WATER FORCE A LITTLE WEAK. BREAKFAST AREA WAS CLEAN AND STOCKED ACCORDINGLY.

When we arrived the staff was friendly there is no elevator we were on the second floor at the very very very end of the hallway which was an extremely long walk we were not told that when we got into the room the entire room was slanted it was like we were walking up hill it was very slanted in the bathroom where you felt like you were going downhill almost as if the building is sinking. But I do have to say the room was extremely clean and the amenities in the room were very nice the bed was very comfortable air-conditioning did not work very well

Great value.

Pros: Great location for my purposes, great breakfast in the morning. I liked the fruit bowl in the lobby, I took an orange and an apple.
Cons: Elevator would be nice. Everything else was fine.
Location: Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. I found an Indian restaurant within 2-3 miles. Heavy traffic on 17, makes exiting a challenge.
Booked at the last minute for a Sunday night stay after a wedding, Travelocity price came in $50 less than other places. Room was clean, facilities were nice. Surprised that there is no elevator to second floor, glad that my bags were not that heavy. I liked that the TV remote was in a special wrapper, indicating that it had be cleaned. I liked the coffee and espresso maker in the lobby.
