This hotel choice was awesome. Late arrival was no issue, plenty of parking, let me stay an hour longer in my room to work, then I moved to their dining area. Room was so quiet even on a busy street. Room was so spacious. Very clean and renovated recently. Price was exceptional. Staff always available. Thank you to the staff.

It is unfortunate to leave this review. We stayed here last year and left a 5 star review, though this time we had awful experience and do not see ourselves staying here in the future. If you are in a pinch then I'd say that this place is clean enough to stay in. Though after reading plenty of reviews after our stay it seems like the hotel is not friendly to those with disabilities. We have a service animal and to just make a long story short, we were embarrassed by the hotel manager and he firmly believes that he has every right to ask for what medication you are taking, what diseases do you have, and also told me that he has a dog and that it would be very easy for him to make into a service dog. He was very condescending and does not comply with ADA. He also told his staff to print out NJ state law to "educate me" that he has every right to ask these questions, which was a lie. The documents just reinforced that NJ complies with ADA and that NJ does not allow discrimination against individuals with disabilities. It should also be noted that we called ahead of time to make sure that there would be no issue, even though we were assured there would be no issue, once we arrived, we had several issues. It is obvious that the manager just nickle and dimes his customers and staff as his staff also did not have nice things to say about the manager. Again, this place is clean enough to stay and is in a convenient location, but I refuse to ever come back to this location.

I truly don’t even want people to find this place it’s that great. You can still smell the fresh paint. very clean, the beds are clouds I wanted to sleep forever. Definitely a hidden gem.. PLEASE DON’T RUIN THIS PLACE… one of the best hotels in Mahwah/Ramesy area.

The property was nice, clean, and comfortable. Downside is there are no refrigerators inside the rooms and my telephone didn't work. Otherwise i enjoyed my short stay and would stay again .

Everything was clean and they had recently done some painting and spruced up the place. Breakfast was not very good - limited selection and the times I went the coffee was almost empty and barely lukewarm, had to ask for milk to be refilled, etc. People at desk were very friendly and helpful. Bed was horrible for us - king bed very soft - you sunk in and felt like you were sliding into middle of bed all night. Because of the bed we will not stay again. If you like super soft no support beds, everything else was good.
