The staff was non existent. You have to speak to a person on a kiosk when you check in after hours. Even though they say they have people on site it is very impersonal and quite cold. The virtual staff are all foreign and they were quite hard to understand. There was a mold or water issue in our hallway as they had two giant fans blowing constantly. Not very good experience at all.
