Hotel is very clean and in a safe area. Great location to many areas in Raleigh or Chapel Hill. Rooms are basic and efficient . Beds are comfy. Dowside is rooms are a bit small and they lack charging ports, closet or bedside tables. I would stay again everytime due to how clean and friendly staff is. But if looking for luxury probably not your type of hotel

We could not shut off the heater/ac in our room. We turned it off at the thermostat and it still blew freezing air. I called the front desk but it was permanently busy- I couldn't get through. At this point we were so exhausted after travelling all day we gave up and had a pretty terrible nights sleep

Room was very clean. Bed had different options for pillows which was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely be staying here again. And the complimentary popcorn and water at check in was a nice surprise.
