Everything was exceptional and we were well looked after. The Spa as expected was busy and unfortunately some customers who use the facilities are rude or don't have any etiquette and just reserve beds with towels and not use them.

We ended up with a riverview room on the top floor and it was amazing, breakfast was a must and everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to come back

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular and location was very convenient - within walking distance to all attractions but just far enough so it's not in the noisy/busy area. Did not have a chance to use the gym. Would return.

This is my fourth visit to Budapest. The hotel is in a great location. The staff, namely Sophie and Gabor were professional, attentive, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.
