Great Location and Amenities

I recently stayed at Hôtel Le Concorde Québec and found it to be a convenient and well-located option for exploring Quebec City. The hotel's proximity to Old Quebec was a major plus, making it easy for my wife and me to explore the historic area. The pool and gym facilities were impressive: well-equipped and clean, providing a great space to unwind. While the bedroom mattress and pillows weren't the most comfortable, the quiet surroundings ensured we still had a restful sleep. We did experience some inconvenience due to the employee strike, which meant no room service during our stay. However, I must commend manager Yussef for his excellent customer service in compensating us for the inconvenience.

Beautiful view. Kids love the pool, overlooks Old Quebec, comfortable beds. Parking was difficult, ended up using Valet bc the lot was otherwise full. This is our second stay and we would love to again.

Have a good vacation ! Good service , very professional , warm welcome by the valet- parking , the reception staff , the girl who took care of our room 1125 and a special recognition for Jesus the Cuban , he was always attentive to us , that we felt and that we spent a nice stay . The buffet of very good quality , varied and with options for everyone . The room very nice and clean , overlooking the parliament of Quebec , comfortable bed . Thanks to the Hilton Quebec team ( this is our second time here ) for contributing to our having a great vacation . Quebec City an inconturnable for your vacation !

Staff was friendly and kind. Room needed updates. Furniture was old very worn, AC units old built in wall units and one wall covering it fell off during out stay, lighting very poor in bedroom and limited outlets for charging. This was the least expensive place in the old city for a large room but def needs updates. Restaurant/bars in hotel close at 10 which seemed very early!

I had reserved a room for one night mainly because they have a pool. However, upon check-in they told me that pool will be closed for those 2 days. No compensation was provided for the pool being closed. The rooms were clean and basic.

Hotel called 20 minutes before check-in time to say their staff was on strike and my family and I couldn’t stay there. Why couldn’t more notice be provided, even if a strike was just a possibility. We were not able to find a viable alternative, trip ruined. How about offering a big discount on a future stay to make up for this awful experience. Make it right.
